| Popis | There is a close connection between the research and combative practice. At the basis of bibliographical and historical methodology, opinion in combative research is analysed. Here, the author comes from Auguste Comte thoughts about the evolution of thinking. The analogy is used to apply Comte’s theory to combative research. Next analysis of possible cooperation in international organisations and publication in global academic journals with high impact is given. The purpose of the study is to describe historical and current trends in combative research and to predict its future development. In conclusion, the need for joining international scientific organisations is stressed. Building international research teams and groups, publication in journals indexed in high ranked academic databases and the diversification of research in competitive combat sports, martial arts and self-defence is seen as necessary. |
