| Popis | This workshop is aiming at researchers that are planning to analyze metagenomes in their lab, or already study metagenomes and would like to gain more methodical background for their work. Four laboratory methods were covered - 16S sequencing; Whole shotgun metagenome; MinION 16S sequencing; MinION metagenome - , and routinely used to study metagenome and make the data available for comparison. The participants should be able to distinguish the strengths and weaknesses of covered methods and design experiments accordingly. Moreover, there was the theroretical preanalytical workflow. |
