| Popis | The presentation dealt with the conditions laid down for legal performance of the dependent work of foreigners from non-EU Member States and the conditions stated for fulfilling the definition of illegal work according to the legislation in force. Particular attention was paid to consequences of performance of illegal work for both, an employee performing illegal work and an employer enabling the performance of such work. |
