| Popis | Solid cancer patients are at high risk of a more severe course of COVID-19, especially those undergoing active anti-cancer therapy causing immunosuppression. Vaccination is still the only option to prevent serious events associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection. We aim to assess adverse effects, efficacy, and immune response against SARS-CoV-2 in cancer patients, focusing on comparison with healthy volunteers and possible interfering therapy. |
