| Popis | The invasion process of the larval parasitoid into host tissue and the formation of haemocyte capsule, as a result of host cellular response, were studied in the last larval instar of G. mellonella in experimental conditions using advanced histological methods. Furthermore, additional immunohistochemical analysis and simulated parasitization with polybead microspheres were used to study host-parasitoid interactions. |
