MU implements a variety of measures to promote gender equality as part of the University's strategic commitment to the principles of transparency, equality, and accountability and to reconciling the work and personal lives of all its employees and students. The University fulfils this commitment at the level of its units and through the activities of the University through the Masaryk University Gender Equality Plan (MU GEP), which is considered a resource for systematically addressing gender equality in all areas of MU activities.
