Protocol MU

The scope of activities of MU Protocol includes:

• organization and supervision of protocol-governed events of the university and the Rector, protocol-related correspondence, preparation of texts and public appearances, arranging gifts
• organization of interaction of the university and the Rector with public administration and other representations
• protocol-governed consultation
• cooperation on the organization of university-wide events, supervision of events under the auspices of the Rector, communication and collaboration with other units of the Rector’s Office (Centre for Doctoral Studies and Academic Affairs, External Relations, Marketing and Communication Office)
• cooperation on the organization of foreign visits or visits of the senior management of the university in collaboration with other units of the university or the Rector’s Office (in particular Centre for International Cooperation, External Relations, Marketing and Communication Office)
• conception, planning, organization and supervision of selected official and social events of the university, events related to national holidays and other important occasions, coordination of activities of the Rector and members of the senior management, proposal for guests to be invited and communication
• monitoring of social and political developments, preparation of precise schedules
• cooperation on the preparation of foreign travels of the Rector and senior management
