Legal Investor Protection (in Czech)

1. to understand the legal framework of public law protection in the capital market and to recognise the differences between private and public law,
2. explain the basic theoretical background of legal protection of investors on the capital market in the Czech Republic and the European Union,
3. to formulate the basic principles of legal liability in the field of investor protection on the capital market,
4. to make competent decisions to assert legitimate claims arising from the legal regulation of investor protection on the capital market, both in private and public law,
5. to be familiar with the basic institutes of administrative proceedings and tax administration (tax proceedings) as procedural instruments of legal protection of the investor in fulfilling his/her tax obligations,
6. apply the means of protection within the framework of administrative proceedings and tax administration (tax proceedings).

Completion of secondary education and payment of the course according to the current price offer.

Kurz je ukončen písemnou zkouškou složenou z uzavřených otázek a dvou případových studií s otevřenými podotázkami a úkoly. Pro úspěšné složení písemné zkoušky je potřeba získat minimálně 60 % bodů. Podmínkou pro přistoupení ke zkoušce je kladné hodnocení zpracovaného POTu v podobě případových ministudií. V průběhu semestru lze za aktivní účast na tutoriálech získat na začátku semestru stanovený počet bonusových bodů, které se přičítají k celkovému hodnocení kurzu, je-li písemná zkouška úspěšně složena (tj. získáno min. 60 % bodů).
