A student with an autism spectrum disorder in physical education class is a program that aims to present proven modifications based on key principles of structured learning and the TEACCH program, which can be included in the organization and implementation of physical education classes for children with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), taking into account the specifics of this diagnosis. This program is suitable for educational workers, according to 563/2004 Sb.., coaches, lecturers, assistants in sports clubs, etc.

What you will learn

Program participants will gain the necessary knowledge of techniques for implicating key principles of the TEACCH program into the implementation of individual physical activities, as well as entire physical education classes. They will be able to apply them in practice.

Employment prospects

The program graduate will be introduced to incorporating key principles of structured learning and the TEACCH program into physical education classes and teaching physical activities, which can be applied both within the pedagogical school and leisure activities, as well as in coaching practice.
