According to the Czech Ministry of Health, from 23 August onward the Czech Republic will also accept Covid-19 vaccinations administered to people from outside the European Union, on the condition the vaccine they have received has been approved for emergency use by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or the World Health Organization (WHO).
Accommodation in Masaryk University (MU) dormitories will be affected by Covid-19 in the upcoming semester, too. New government orders have specified the measures students will have to comply with to use MU dormitories. Effective 31 August 2021, students will be asked to submit one of the following documents before checking in for accommodation:
Masaryk University employees and students are obliged to inform the university about their return from a foreign country if they intend to enter an MU building within 14 days of their arrival.
