At the presentation designed for the public you will learn the facts about the European centre of scientific excellence, basic information about its organization, goals and plans as well as details about research teams and projects, which are going to be carried out here. The scientists from CEITEC will inform you about their research activities and will also introduce individual research programmes in detail:

CEITEC – Central European Institute of Technology is a project aiming to set up a European centre of excellence in the field of life sciences and advanced materials and technology, whose main mission is to create a centre with the state of the art facilities and conditions for top scientists. In Brno it is being prepared together with local universities and research institutes. CEITEC will create new jobs, ensure conditions for scientific excellence and enable effective cooperation with innovative companies.
