At its meeting on 15 May, the Academic Senate unanimously approved a budget of CZK 10 billion for Masaryk University for 2023. The budget is 490 million higher than in 2022, making it the highest in the history of MU.
Martin Bareš will continue to lead Masaryk University as Rector for the next four years. He recaps his first term in office, which will end this August, in the interview below.
