Information platform for cultural landscape (Krajinná síť)

The interconnection of the research and higher education institutions, which are focused and specialized on research, technical development and education in the fields of cultural landscape development, creates Information platform for cultural landscape. The involvements of partners with specialization to fields of landscape research allow the network to have comprehensive view on the landscape. The partners are able to cover these fields: forestry, landscape management, arboristic, landscape ecology, social – environmental and economical aspect of the cultural landscape management. Mutual communication (contact points, web, workshop, and internships) supports partners´ cooperation and increases management and communication skills of the employees and students. The established partners’ network is able to respond to the needs of non-education and non-research enterprises and also to offer complex information. Establishment of the join working sites so called virtual laboratories increases competitiveness of the partners. The project’s aim is consolidation of the research and education network, which further develops knowledge, experiences and skills of the employees and students involved in to network. This network is able to provide complex knowledge about cultural landscape to the public and also to non-education and non-research enterprises. The aims are also intensification of contact between partners as well as join presentation of the network to public and other bodies.
