The research study will focus on the induction period for beginning teachers in the Czech Republic and Germany. Within the framework of the project, I would like to examine the basic concepts of the induction period in both countries and compare both systems using strategic documents, dealing with the effort to support beginning teachers.
This project's importance lies in the possibility of contributing to an effective conceptual setting of the induction period in Czech schools.
