This project aims at settling the differences in viewing the Business Ethics (BE) I build on the assumption that we have soothing to draw on. The tradition, culture and christianity are the common elements of the European civilisation and a good basic fo r co-operation. Adherence to the principles of BE in CR and EC countries. Types of companies : Large companies. These companies influence the economy of country in a decisive way, the employ a large part of the population and the influence the business e nvironment. We would like to suggest a solution to an improvement of the situation.
