New ligands based on X-NH-CO-Y linkage, activated for complexation of anions using our method, will be designe and prepared. More precisely, the compounds with one-, two- and three amides of this kind acting cooperatively will be studied. The structure o f both free ligands and their complexes with anions will be studied in solid state (X-ray crystallography) as well as in solution (NMR, IR, and CD spectroscopy). The computation methods developed earlier by two of us for estimation the stability of amide -anion complexes will be applied to more complex structures, mainly when two amides are acting cooperatively. New chiral ligands will be designed, synthesized and tested for ability to recognize chiral anions (salt of amino acids and nucleotides). Based on triphenylmethane dyes new chromoionophores for anions will be prepared and studied. Prospective ligands will be immobilized either onto the solid polymer support or inside of polymerstructure. Electropolymerisation of ligands covalently connected to p
