| Description | Text is expressed on the issue of joint administrative management from the perspective bails. The joint management among other things, serves to fulfill the principles of administrative procedure laid down in § 6 paragraph 2 (cost saving, cost control) and § 8 paragraph 1 SPR (compliance of public authorities). According to today's § 140 SPR, the administrative authority may request a party or ex officio Resolution combine different procedures to which it is relevant. It can do so only if it relates to the same subject or with control otherwise they relate to or concern the same participants. |
