Description The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is one of the most successful international agreement containing legally binding unification of substantive law. As such, it is very often used in international commercial law practice. Despite the high number of States Parties and the thirty years of its successful existence, but not in the world of international trade position clear. Convention as a result of a consensus of the Contracting States contains a number of controversial issues. This publication is therefore devoted to the reasons that may cause the leading practice not to use the Convention.
