| Description | In our work we are presenting the issues of surgical treatment of anorectal dysfunction. There are presented the possibilities of surgical treatment of pelvic floor disorders with a predominance of constipation or incontinence. We are describing new therapeutic methods (neuromodulation). Furthermore, we are presenting the therapeutic algorithm for particular surgical procedures. We are also discussing the specific area of rehabilitation – the essential part of the treatment of these problems which are many times difficult to influence. |
