Hygienic requierements related to any treatment of expressed human milk are currently regulated in chapter 47 included in Czech law rule no. 137 vol. 2004 - hygienic requirements for mass catering, personal hygiene and requierements for operating activities. At this time law rules premise the treatment of expressed human milk in human milk banks or human milk collection centers except from mother milk intended for own child within 24 hours.
