Description Competition law (also called existential protection of competition, antitrust or competition law in the broad sense) is relatively specific and in the context of the entire legal system relatively niche areas legal regulation. One of the goals of this publication is therefore to map this relationship right and economics of antitrust. One objective is the identification and systematization forms, shapes and intensity of the influence that economics has on the legal regulation of competition, both in general terms to speed (see particularly Chapter 1), and in specific application procedures.
