Description A total of 8,653 testicular cancers (TC), based in the Czech Cancer Registry in 1976–2005, there were notificated 684 (7.5 %) multiple cases, associated with other neoplasm. Of them were 69.4 % primary and 30.6 % subsequent TC. The number of primary TC incerased till 1990 and then decreased, the number of subsequent TC increased steadily. A total of 14 Czech regions were distributed 46 % multiple TC in four regions (Northern and Southern Moravia, Prague and Central Bohemia). A total of 724 neoplasms were 221 cancers of genital organs (including 184 bilateral testis, 34 prostate), 130 skin, 95 of digestive (including 54 colorectum), 57 of respiratory (including 47 lung) and 53 of urinary tract (including 32 kidney), 29 cases of melanoma, 31 lymphoma and 25 leukaemia. Among 36 synchronous subsequent cancers were 9 cases of contralateral testis, 6 prostate and 7 kidneys. During 30 years were reported nearly half cases of subsequent neoplasms at the early clinical stages, fifth at advanced and third at unknown after primary TC.
