| Description | This article deals with prevention of negative consequences to the environment in the form of environmental harms (environmental losses) as an important part of environmental liability system. The attention is paid to the existing preventive measures as in private law (duty to act preventive and related duties in the Civil Code and in the new Civil Code) so in public law (receiving of preventive measures in environmental law), and to their linkages and connections. |
