|Description||The present article discusses the status of the “yellow trade unions” as the subject and employer's partner in social dialogue, respectively in the relationships of collective bargaining process. Yellow trade unions represent groups of employees, which perform their activities in the interests of the employer. The question is whether there is consensus between legality and legitimacy of such groups and whether there is a possibility of yellow trade union action damaging quality of social dialogue, respectively. process of collective bargaining.
