| Description | Construction of public buildings is occasionally complicated by difficulties in obtaining ownership of land. Public buildings are carried out in the public interest. Therefore is appropriate to build them quickly and at reasonable cost. This paper deals with selected proprietary aspects related to construction and public buildings that were ignored or are crucial. |
