| Description | The paper „The Concept of Terrorism and Extremism in The Czech Republic“ discusses the problem of definition of activities of Terrorism and Extremism. Authors try to define both of these concept in the light of International Criminal Law and also in the Law of the Czech Republic. I tis very difficult to separate one concept of the other, so the common characteristict also will be discuss. In the same time will be mentioned the main difference between Terrorism and Extremism, which could help to make the proper definition of both words in Czech Republic. |
