| Description | In his paper, the author focuses on the, so far disregarded, 1919 questionnaire prepared by the Ministry of Justice. Through this questionnaire, the Ministry was aiming at finding more about the expactations of the professional public concerning the future Czechoslovak Commercial Code. The list of questions as well as the way of both asking and answering them, gives us a picture of the shortcomings of the then legislation – as they were identified by the professional public. Of course, the proposals on how to eliminate the shortcomings are presented as well. |
