| Description | Chronic non-communicable diseases are serious health problems in developed countries. Life-style factors are important in prevention and treatment of disease. Lifestyle is characterized by patterns of behaviour and plays a comprehensive role in both metal and physical health. Behavioural, environmental, psychosocial, and genetic elements form the lifestyle, and are interactive. These findings correspond to the bio-psycho-social concept of health and disease. |
