| Description | The chapter discusses the interventional potential of social support in perspective of institutional and protective education. Beneficial dimension of social support was found in the processual conception reflecting the specifics of the child and his or her situation. The functioning of social support is described by psychological perspectives useful in perspective education of children with behavioural difficulties. Theory of social support is based on the results of author’s research investigation. The survey focused on sources of social support and took place in the year 2012. The findings reveal that the concept of social support can be used in inclusive education and can be understood in the framework of the 3P intervention strategy. |
