| Description | Protecting environment became a fashionable path nowadays, however in practice sometimes the legislation does not reflect quick enough the need of the outer world. The legislation, especially the Czech one, is not making effort regarding the legislation on textiles and garments and separating them from other kinds of waste or material. Nevertheless, in every stage of the life cycle of a textile, textile and its production can represent a danger for environment. And once the environmental harm is detected, it can be difficult to enforce the right to public health. |
