| Description | The paper deals with the legislative conditions of permitting and supervision over domestic WTTPs. To simplify the permitting of these buildings, the device of construction notification was introduced as an institute of the Building Act, witch allows to permit certain types of buildings by a simplified action without the usual administrative procedure. |
