| Description | The collecting urinary system is mainly affected by obstruction for two reasons. First in urogenital tumours, second in others retroperitoneal tumours . The majority of obstructions are cured by antitumorous therapy and don't require urological intervention. Only about 13% children with urinary tract obstruction demand any form of urgent urinary diversion. Oncological obstruction diagnosis doesn't vary from other kind of obstructions, treatment is affected by progression rate and oncological prognosis as well. |
