| Description | This article is a reflection of current form of Czech opera which has in recent years been subject of many discussions. The current status of the opera is often described as a crisis. This designation does not apply to the one specific problem. This applies to both current theater dramaturgy, contemporary approach to classical operas and more particularly to opera as a genre bringing out entirely new operas. |
