| Description | The workshop "Final Workshop of the Method and Economic Limits of Financial Law Regulation II Dec 10th 2013" has been aimed at the presentation of basic specifics of the regulatory method in the financial law and its features in the individual financial law segments. The discussion on possibilities of the regulation given by the economic situation in the state has taken place. Another area of the discussion has been the impact of the economic situation in the state on the regulatory method in this field of law (in the tax law and both in the fiscal and non-fiscal part of the financial law). The workshop has facilitated the dissemination of the project output and enabled gaining the feedback for the research. It has been organized and funded by the specific research at Masaryk University - MUNI/A/0815/2012 "Method and economic limits of regulation in financial law II" (MELREFIP2). |
