| Description | The contribution is focused of utilization of LA-ICP-MS method for analysis of biominerals, such as kidney stones and skeletal remains. The analysis of these samples is connected with presence of various phases, interferences and lack of standard reference materials. The possibilities and limitations of LA-ICP-MS analysis of phosphate and oxalate matrices were discussed. The aim was to determine the elemental content and distribution, and to estimate migration/mobility, diet of individuals. |
