| Description | This paper depicts problem of plea bargain in the Czech criminal procedure law as a new specific criminal procedure. It analyses this institute in its relation to the basic principles of the restorative justice and position of an aggrieved person in this criminal procedure. This paper analyses position of an aggrieved person in relation to legal remedy and a compares Czech law to Polish and Slovak criminal procedure law. |
