Description The aim of this study is the comparison of the results gained from molecular biological methods and to find any agreement/disagreement of the results. The results of this study show the medium compliance in 4 periodontitis-associated pathogens and the weak compliance in one species. The better compliance is in the inflammatory locality than in the control locality.
