| Description | At the time of writing of this paper, the implementation of so called cumulative voting into the Czech legal order was a matter of common knowledge. The fundamental applications of this voting type have already been described as well. A lot of practical issues of the cumulative voting however have not been solved, yet. The aim of the paper is to point out and try to deal with some of these unclear points. |
