| Description | This paper deals with the legal regulation of theater in a post-modern state. It focuses on the aspect of social justice in the process of adoption of such legislation. The aim of this contribution is therefore to conclude about a real possibility or impossibility of creating a functioning socially equitable legislation of theater, especially in the environment of the postmodern state. |
