| Description | This paper deals with the changes that have undergone the tax laws as a result of the recodification of private law. Across the paper is focused on individual taxes and changes that were adopted as a result of the entry into force and, ultimately, the effectiveness of the new Civil Code. The changes in legislation will be considered in terms of their impact on individual taxes, and in terms of impact on the entire tax system. |
