| Description | The article deals with the position of Czech Government in the process enacting of statutory exemptions from Basic territorial protection in the specially protected areas in situation if a public interest considerably overrides the interest of nature conservation. In this case the exemption is enected by the Ministry of the Environment in administrative procedure pursuant to the resolution of the Government the Czech Republic. The specific Government´s resolution is unique and it might have a character of binding standpoint of an administrative body for enacting the exemptions of the Ministry of the Environment. |
