| Description | The article commemorates the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the Law Faculty in Brno along with the same anniversary of the Všehrd law magazine. In the first section the author briefly outlined the history of the faculty and pointed out the establishment of an unconventional law school that had developed there in the interwar period (the normative legal schools, the width of the Brno neo-Kantianist legal school) In the second section of the article, the author focused on the Brno students and teachers participation on the creation, publishing and content of the Všehrd Law magazine. The author especially mentioned the share of the Brno Czechoslovak academical association „Právník“ on the publishing of the magazine and the role of Všehrd redactor František Čada. |
