Description The authors assess 15 revision total knee replacements for periprosthetic fracture operated on in the years 1977-2013. Revision total knee replacement was performed as primary in 11 and as secondary procedure in 4 patients. They encountered 11 complications, one fracture of the stem, and one additional fracture aroud the revision stem. KS score was 70 points, FS score was 48 points. Revision total knee replacement in this indication is connected with high percentage of complications.
