Description Article analyse of land consolidation process in Czech Republic. Land consolidation is planning tool for improving conditions for sustainable development of landscape and for optimazing relations between owners and farmers. Paper starts with basic introduction of goals and history of land consolidation and then analyse types, number and size of land consolidation in regions of Czech Republic. Land consolidation reforms were terminated in 16,6 % of agricultural land of Czech Republic (31. 12. 2010), but in 27, 2 % of agricultural land were land consolidation already in process or terminated. In 2012 costs for land consolidation reforms were 1,6 billion Czech crown (63 million Euro). There are regional deferences in land consolidation in Czech republic, South Moravia NUTS3 region for exaple teminated or solve (in process) land reform in 53% of agricultural land.
