| Description | Paper deals with legal regulation of theatre and focuses on relationship between theatre (and generally art) and quality of life. The hypothesis that will be tested is that the main weakness of legal regulation of theatre is an unsystematic regulation of competences of municipalities in the funding of theatre. The aim of this contribution is to critically summarize legal regulation of theatre in the Czech Republic and to propose some improvements related to the quality of life. |
