Description The explanation of current issues in the field of constitutional complaints in the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, taking into account the preparatory works and statistics. The author deals with the regulation originating from the historical models of 1849, 1867, 1948, 1968 a 1991 and the contemporary Constitutional Court Act 1993. Special attention is devoted to the practice of rejecting of manifestly ill-founded complaints.
