| Description | Contribution was focused on issues related to the regulation of unfair competition and its interpretation according to the new Civil Code in connection with the EU law and case law of the Court of Justice. It was also highlighted that there are certain problematic aspects due to the fact that the EU law is not sufficiently reflected- This may potenationally cause a problem which is known as a"reverse discrimination" which may result in a disadvantage of Czech entities participating in the competition in the Czech Republic. |
