| Description | Contribution defines the basic functions of administrative and criminal liability for environmental damage in the liability system in the Czech Mining Law and their relation to other kinds of liability. In relation to administrative punishment is outlined the development and current regulation under the Act No. 61/1988 Coll., on mining activities, explosives and the State Mining Administration, as amended, Act No. 62/1988 Coll., on Geological Work and Act No. 157/2009 Coll., on the management of extractive waste and amending certain laws. The possibility of liability for environmental damage in connection with the prospection, exploration and extraction of minerals are outlined on the basis of an analysis of the Act. No. 17/1992 Coll., on the environment, as amended, and Act. No. 167/2008 Coll., on the prevention of environmental damage and its remedy and amending certain laws, as amended. |
