| Description | This workshop is focused on certain issues concerning consumer contracts concluded out of business premises. The new civil code is based on an idea of separated performance of civil and public rights. However, the workshop is going to offer a comprehensive view on these issues, i. e. the workshop will cover civil and public aspects of consumer protection. The contributions will be aimed on comparison of consumer protection concerning conclusion of contracts concluded out of business premises in several selected member states of the European Union and then on the actuality in the Czech legal environment. |
