| Description | Coaching experience is a unique tool for the formation of personality development trainer and his professional competence in the course of their studies. The training process is compared to the pedagogical process, personalized and is influenced more by personality and work style coach. If we want to reach a situation where student involvement in the training process in preparation for future coaches will be sufficiently effective, we must try to understand the most highly variable reality training process. |
